Warranty Activation Process

Exclusions & Limitations for Warranty

All warranty claims must be filled within the applicable warranty period & after activation of the product warranty.

The manufacturer’s Product Warranties are subject to the following:

  1. Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident

  2. Alteration, Improper Installation

  3. Not abiding by Genx’s Installation and Maintenance instructions

  4. Power failure surges, lightning, flood, fire, accidental breakage, or other events outside of Genx’s control.

  5. Warranty claims will not be honored if the type or serial number of the product has been altered, removed, or made illegible.

  6. Warranty claims will not be honored if the product activation is not active.
